discouraged

I feel discouraged because I have been trying to eat incredibly healthy to lose weight but I kind of overate without noticing and did not lose any weight. It's discouraging because I thought I lost at least 2-3 kg but I did not. It's time to take calorie counting and portion control seriously. Even though I am eating fruits, vegetables and nuts as my diet mostly, it's incredibly easy to overeat. I will try to control it as much as possible.
